Clubs Information
Welcome to our Clubs section of the website. This area is the central point for information about our extra-curricular clubs and includes the termly club offer and details on how to pay.
AUTUMN TERM CLUBS 2023 -Terms 1&2

We are pleased to be able to offer a wider variety of clubs this term, with several new external providers on top of the new ones from last term. We have deliberately not offered any clubs to Reception children, as the children are settling in this term.
You will note that clubs have different prices, depending on the cost of the external provider.
The school does not make any money out of running clubs, however we do offer a limited number of free places to pupils in receipt of free school meals*.
When making the booking on ParentPay, there is a mandatory field where you will have to write either: A) walking home alone B) attending afterschool club (ASC) or C) being collected
Parents must bring and collect children who are taking part in clubs that do not start at the end of the school day, unless they are in the Afterschool Club.
*Free School Meals (fsm) - Every child in receipt of fsm is entitled to at least one free club during an academic year. Please email admin@hitherfield.co.uk with your child’s name, class and club preferences. We will contact you to let you know which club they can attend. If they do not receive a club in one term, we will offer them a club during another term.
Children attending After School Club must sign in to the After School Club register before they go to their club.
The Spring term club offer will be sent out before Christmas.
